Questions about theme Marine

Hello,

A few days ago I did buy your theme Marine. I Have a few questions.

I want to style the logo and the main menu and make them responsive. My Logo has a height of 156 px and a width off 340 px. The font size in my main menu is about 22 px. With an iPad media screen, Logo and main menu are over lapping now, how can I make the logo and main menu shrink, like the elements in the container/wrapper beneath the header? I did make a childtheme and put my css in the style.css
Also I want to remove the bottom border in the main menu on active and hover.

At the end off the Marine settings for updating the theme I read "Update your Theme from the WordPress Dashboard" I need a Themeforest Secret API Key but I did buy the theme here at App Themes from TinyGiantStudios and at this site I can't find the theme Marine. What can I do?

I did buy this theme for a client, can I use this theme for him and eventually for other clients?
