June, its the same theme you saw on the demo site, the development version can toggle the search bar on mobile devices. I will release this new feature soon.

There are many things that would need to be modified to accomplish what you want and you would probably lose the modifications on the first theme...

You want to track this in Analytics and you need to add a query string to the confirmation URL?
