   It's a plugin by the looks of it. Limit login attempts. Ftp into your site. Delete the plugin inside the plugin folder. You should then be good to go.

   Yes its a new plugin, WPdoneContentAccelerator, wipes out all of the images. Puts itself out as an alternative to cloudflare, but I think its a case of back to the drawing board.
