Simply deleting a Membership Ad pack won't disable the feature. You actually need to disable it. Classipress->Pricing - Membership tab - uncheck Enable Packs

Actually, effectively it still is a standard ClassiPress issue. No widgets are allotted to "pages" in Classipress, therefore if he or anyone creates a page they will face the exact same issue. ...
