As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

[TUTORIAL] hide the "Powered by WordPress" message in footer
Here is how you can hide the "Powered by WordPress" message in the theme footer (shown in the screenshot).

Note:
The code in Option 1 below will also hide the "Tiny Giant Studios" link.
The code in Option 2 below will leave that link visible (helping a theme vendor advertise).

Procedure:
1. Open the file: footer.php
2. Locate the opening <div class="right"> tag at line 35.
3. Comment out its contents (see example code below).
