As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

category dropdown loses style in mobile browser
The attached screenshot shows how the category dropdown appears on my mobile device (Google/LG Nexus 4). It doesn't have the same styling that it does on the desktop version of the site (and so, in my opinion, it doesn't match the textbox next to it, which does retain the same styling as it has on the desktop version of the site). How can I make it so the dropdown is styled like it is on the desktop version of the site?

This screenshot is from an Android device. I think some iPhone browsers will exhibit similar behavior to this Android device (i.e. using their built-in styles for the dropdown).
