I assumed the icon shown in the attached screenshot was a logout icon. It wasn't until I clicked it that I learned it takes me to the dashboard. I was surprised when it took me to the dashboard.
I think the icon will confuse other users, too. To me, it resembles login/logout icons used on other sites. I don't get "dashboard" when I see that icon. Well, in a certain context, I could see it being the dashboard of a car that is facing to the right, with the viewer looking into the car's sunroof.
