Need Help Locating Items In Template to Modify

Hello:

Can someone please advise on how I can modify the following items in Olinda?

1. Sponsored ads - cube ads for logos - under search bar

2. Font color on menu directly under my logo
2b. is there anyway to take this off so it does not appear here? Do you think it is necessary?

3. Featured company banner ad directly above main search bar

4. Anyway to modify the menu items at the top right? Submit a job / Browse resumes / my dashboard / logout?

5. Browse by box on the right - does that self populate or can one choose what to browse by?

6. What are Job Tags? What do they do? What should I include there?
