I see your no-thumb images do not match ad images, you should change no-thumb image sizes to match you ad images. Or, other way around

Re-upload your theme-profile.php and replace the one you've changed. You can do it in your cpanel public_html folder or with filezilla

Try to update your permalink settings after you change page name, also remember to change permalink name in page edit
