use this wordpress plugin "Mail From" 1.0.1 by Andrew Hamilton. I am using this one. Update your details for from address in plugin settings and this will override your host address.

All files wont show in editor,
you can access through ftp @ [installation foler]/wp-content/themes/jobroller/includes/forms/submit-job
