I have the Charge For Listings box ticked but have a paid and free plan. I thought the free plan was already set up by default. Anyway just create a free plan and in the Price option put a 0 (zero).

Already done that but anyways got the menu now I didn't realise I had to activate the header menu in the child theme. The logo didn't copy over but I can add that too, so that's OK. Thanks.
