Fixed Found the problem when creating the site I used http://arcades.directory. I should have used http://www.arcades.directory
Seem you need it for Cloudflare and RailGun to work correctly.

All Fixed it was nothing to do with My edits it was the Image Sizes defaulted back to 50 x 50 , 250 x 250 changed them back to 100 x 100 and 400 x 400

If the images go back to small at any point after you have it good check the image sizes under media settings again . For some reason Mine defaulted back to original.
