this happened to me too mate.

for me it was a w3 cache plugin problem. I disabled it and then installed.

And then re-enabled it.

Try that.

finally managed to install 1.2.1 after a few times... giving up on 1.3 until the bugs are fixed - especially this one, because wordpress admin isn't even functioning.

fixed it by playing with the javascript minify settings... had to turn it off.

there must be a way to turn off that search box -- in fact, the theme doesn't have it on certain pages - e.g. when you're adding a listing (choosing tthe plan), the search goes away.

Great theme, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Honestly, these ideas aren't crazy, but building on improving the existing setup.
