That worked, thanks! I renamed the caching plugin in FTP, got in and updated everything. Activated that plugin and I can login still.

Thank you, I found it! I was looking for "New ad status" like that old post said and didn't see the Moderate ads option.
I use Google DFP for my main site but haven't integrated it into my Classipress site which is a separate Wordpress install from my main site. It might take some time to figure out how to use it but...
