The easiest way is to change it in the pot-file I think. For English you should change it in the files where it occures.

Posts and ads is not the same as far as I understand.
So, contributors will not be able to publish posts in the blog, but still be able to post ads.

Check the settings in ClassiPress -> Settings -> Advanced

Hm, there is .pot-file in the /classipress/-folder, containing the English texts. I dont know if that is the correct place to edit.

In wp-content/languages/themes/ are the translations.

So, the users create the ad and get the payment checkout.
