You need a child theme or else each time you update the theme all the changes will be erased. You can buy a child theme from the marketplace or create your own.

There is no messaging system built in everything is done through email. A lot of members are requesting a messaging system maybe they might have one in future versions.

I'm really looking forward to this Theme. Is it possible this theme will be released this month or next.

I've been posting projects on freelancing sites for the past 5 years vworker now know as freelancer and Elance. So just giving my3cents how I think a good freelancing site should work.

Also freelancers seeing other bids can be a unlockable option. Where they use their credits or pay a fee to unlock it. It would be another incentive for them.

There's really is no incentive to do business on the site. Since there is no mediation or escrow. Its all based on a honor system I guess.
