Mione - I had same problem plus the reCaptcha was showing weird house numbers photos and stuff. Had Codeable check it out. It was being triggered in my case by my security (ithemes security) plugin....

They have to have THE worst, non-existent support and really bad, often outdated documentation. Their own site is not current in many parts.
