I would personally reduce/consolidate the amount of pages that you have. For instance, you could take the Super Featured ads, Text ads, and Exclusive ads, and make them one call ADs as the parent....

Yes, you really need some catchy domain name. Also, increase the number of ads displayed in the homepage so as to minimize the empty space after the ads.
