You can set the "Edited Job Requires Approval:" option to NO through the Jobroller admin>>Settings>>Job tabs.

i had version 4 of php now have version 5 and now have jobroller up woohoo, now the fun begins !!!

Check your host's php version. Sometimes that error occurs when using php 4. Php 5 is now prevalent.
