It is still working good using chrome and so it must have something to do with your pc. You may try with another pc if you can find one.
You can remove the bar as follows Wordpress, go to admin ClassiPress => Settings => Advanced
Disable toolbar using WordPress: YES
Try replacing all the codes in 404.php page with the code below;

header("Location:http://www.yoursite.com/");

Replace "yoursite"...
You can specify in the Form Layouts the fields you don't want to show. Just go to Classipress settings then Form Layouts and create a new form.
You Have to delete the plugin folder.
Try it using the File Manager "cPainel" or via "FTP"
This is the path of the folder plugin: /wp-content/plugins /
Can you get into your WP section?
I would say if you cant even ftp that your host is down.
