Looks like you may have the wrong language files. The latest files for ClassiPress are here.
You'll notice that the files have the name of the theme that they are for within their names...

What are your settings in the membership plan? Do you use ad packs as well?

You may set the "Ad Inquiry Form Requires Login:" option to No through the Classipress admin>>Settings>>Listings tab.

I use this plugin in five sites and have not had this problem.
Perhaps it might be a conflict with another plugin...
