A workaround that I can think of is through the use of custom fields. Once the job is filled, you can manually set the value of the custom field in the admin setting (edit job page)...

We have finished the update of jobright and we submitted it to the appthemes team to update the marketplace version. so expect any short time to get notified by the appthemes' updater plugin.
