You need a MySQL Tool to copy the data from one database to the other, however unless you are into writing sql, if you want them to 'auto' update, then you need a script to make this happen.

There is no feature on this yet and will may require additional coding to implement. In the mean time, you may post a request on this at the ideas exchange page...
You're right hugo, the option is in ClassiPress admin > Settings > "Advanced" tab, "Admin Table Width".
I think (not certain) in cp dashboard settings is an option to change the width.
