Hehe, what do you mean with "Carefully"? Removing those means changing the code.

You can set the "Ad Inquiry Form Requires Login:" dropdown option to Yes of which can be found though the Classipress admin>>Settings>>Listings tab.

1. You can edit the State field values to yours by going to the Classipress admin>>Custom Fields.

2. It might not be a feature yet and so will try to check with my install if it is so.
