That's because classipress is querying google maps for the information rather than your datatbase for cp_country.

I have noticed that you still using ClassiPress 3.1.8 and so it is recommend to upgrade to the latest version which is version 3.1.9 as it already includes some bug fixes.

There is no admin option on this currently and will require code customization to implement. In the mean time you may post a request and or vote for it at the Ideas Exchange...
