You can try removing temporarily the dutch language pack to see if the ad submission works. We are just trying to isolate the issue from the language pack as part of the troubleshooting process.

I reverted to the default theme, deleted your Vantage theme and install another copy.It looks like its working now, probably some files weren't copied correctly.I also re saved your permalinks.
