I really recommend Appthemes to make this a feature in the backend...something like:

"Choose your Resume Translation: Resume or CV".

And it updates everything in 1 go.

1. Upload to /wp-content/theme/jobroller
2. Edit the wp_lang line in root/wp-config.php file to say:
