Its actually a custom comment type and not a post at all. The comment type is 'review'. You can see more by looking in your database table `wp_comments`, and in file : includes/reviews.php.

Been playing with this..Go to wp-content/themes/vantage/reviews-listing.php file and remove or comment out line 26. As of yet I'm not see any issues by doing this..

Check the table "posts"

It should look something like this: wp_posts

You could edit form-listing.php.

Add in:

'exclude' => '36, 37, 38, 39',

to wp_dropdown_categories. Replace the numbers above with the ID numbers of whatever categories you want excluded.
