In your admin area, go to the page you want to edit and look for the "Page attributes" on the right side. There you can set the specific page to full width. See screenshot:

We have excluded those listings "from sorting" by featured on top, not actually removed them! :)

Many factors could attribute to this.

1.) Your Browser - Clear all you cookies and data from the browser. Most browsers, especially Chrome and FireFox cache you css, javascript and images so it...

For a user to post ad is required to be registered on the site, and is logged into the site. There is no the option to disable registration for new users.
