Try using the is_page conditional of Wordpress https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_page where the wrapper is loaded.

Could you try disabling all your plugins temporarily to see if it makes a difference as it looks like the codes have been parsed. I suspect it is caused by a plugin.
