Since ClassiPress 3.3 the coupons module has been removed. You can download the "AppThemes Coupons" plugin instead, available in your AppThemes customer account.

To allow 1 digit without code modifications, just enter 1 on "Minimum Length:" option of which can be found when you edit the Price custom field (Classipress admin>>Custom Fields).
