I found the cause of that facebook icon issue, that widget belongs to fxtender, not to jobroller or simplux, and certainly we cannot control or manage everything for thirdparty plugin....

The text string "Gold" is likely a widget title. You can edit or remove it by going to Wordpress Admin>>Appearance>>Widget on the section where you have placed it.
