To answer your question you can copy the footer.php file in your child theme and make the mods there.

Listings is the name of the custom post type Vantage uses, so you cannot delete it but you can change it to something else from

WP>Settings>Permalinks>Vantage Custom Post Type & Taxonomy URLs
