Are you referring to the Tags field? If you are you have to edit the clipper\includes\theme-actions.php for it starting on line 315.

Please be aware that this involves the core theme files...

We are currently in the process of working on making Clipper responsive, so I would recommend waiting until it has been included in the theme..
