You may also check your Google Chrome Developer Tools Console for any signs of 3rd party javascript issues.

do you have sub categories? if not, uncheck where it says do not post to parent categories. I have 4.1 running and there are no issues and I use sub categories.

You will need to do this with custom CSS either through the APPEARANCE > CUSTOMIZER or editing your child theme stylesheet.

Since upgrading to Classipress 3.5.8 and Wordpress 4.7 (no other changes) I am now receiving 2 email notifications every time a new user registers. Is anyone else experiencing this?
