The answer is YES.

I have Parent and Child categories. If I display all listings in the Parent category the listings in the Child category are also listed.

When I did the import, I was using Vantage1.1.4 which only allowed a listing to be associated with 1 category.

The way I imported the listings was to ONLY place the SubCategories into the CSV...

Or separate your Listings into 2 CSV files. 1st CSV for claimable, the 2nd CSV file for non-claimable.

There is a check box in the Listings Importer menu >> Mark All as Claimable. If you want to make some but not others, you have to mod some code.
