I will make some tests and get back to you, so far the thing you need to do is to 'mark as completed' any order first and then approve the listing.

That is true, it is a common problem/issue with many complex themes.I'll open a ticket and ask the developers if there are plans to improve this.

There is a bug here : ( when moderation of claimed listings is = off.I will inform the dev and get back to you asap.

This is an issue with the method we use to generate the expiration date. The actual details for when a listing expires aren't set until right after you press publish, that way if you decide to wait 5...
