The orange post an ad button isn't a nav menu item.
Its a hard coded button by default in classipress.
You haven't done anything wrong - it's there as a standard default.

It is hard coded to show up in the nav bar. The line of code looks something like this.

That's what people see on your website when they are NOT logged in ;)
When logged in, they see the 'Manage Ads' and 'Edit Profile' button.
