If you see something like "?>" before your code - so i'm was right.

In this case, just move "?>" tag after your code like this

You need to download and install poedit so you can edit the jibo.pot file inside lang folder.

You mean you want to edit the Tab name? or the tab content?
Tab name can be translated using the jibo.pot file located in jibo/lang folder. Let me know if you're familiar with wordpress translation....

The only modification required for this to work is within the functions.php file... You dont have to add any additional code to the form-registration.php page.
