Are you getting similar results when clicking on the create listing and create event buttons too? You might need to disable your plugins. One of them could be causing a conflict.

Are you getting the same results when you click the dashboard tab in the top left corner also?

I see you have created a tab for Dashboard in your main menu. Were you logged in first?
