We are still debugging it, we found no clue why it's behaving like that in your site.
When I get a reply from my dev team for a fix or a hack to use, I'd post it here.

could you please deactivate Koupon and use only clipper and see if it works or not?

i have given you the path to the file..

remove the above code in

" wp-content/themes/clipper/includes/js/theme-scripts.js "

if you are using clipper theme. for child themes i dont know.

I change it in child theme file and it worked for me. It should be around 90 line I think.
