in order to get featured ads paid you do this:
under classipress->pricing you input
Featured Ad Price
Pricing Model make the charge for featured ads.
Then under Payments...

There is no need to modify the codes, just change the "Home Page Layout:" option to Standard Style. This option can be found at the Classipress admin>>Settings>>General tab.
