SOLVED:
I installed the free plugin Manage Notifications Email and disabled from there. I also modified some other Worpress standard notifications (not Vantage Notifications) using the free plugin...

We had hidden some fields with CSS and this was unintentionally hidden as well.

Ok ive just solve the problem

I put the width to 250px and it did the trick.
