I've managed to resolve the issue I was having with this.
It seems related to using the '&' symbol in the checkbox/radio box options. I changed the & to and no longer receive the error message.

My two cents, I noticed that on a couple of other classipress sites, is happening in chrome. At least that is what I can notice. I would need some css to fix - but I don't know what code it is.
