You can set or sidebar for each page in wp-admin -> Classipress -> DealPress settings -> General

There is sidebar options for page you can set for specific page.

There is no firstname/last name/display name in default classipress theme or dealress child theme for regisration but i think you are using any plugin for custom fields please check...

go to theme settings => custom css => paste this code

then save settings.
For the slider, the widget area must be enabled in koupon...
