I'd suggest to remove the borders instead of pushing the content area to the sides of the screen (it won't look good)
to hide the borders, go to custom css field in theme settings and paste this...

I updated the plugin and after that the option between employer and freelancer disappeared. Make sure that if you update the plugin, you do the above again.

You need to duplicate a template of page.php , name it something like tpl-fullwidth.php , then apply the following custom mods.

1- put this code on the top of the code

<?php
/*
Template...

Open freelancerr/index.php

replace this :
<div id="main" class="large-8 columns">

by this:
<div id="main" class="large-12 columns">

And in the bottom of the code, remove this
