As you can see from the demo http://demos.appthemes.com/classipress/ the button is working with mobile devices, so either you changed something the in the code or a plugin is conflicting...
I am a total newbie but I am trying to learn. I looked at your site and clicked inspect element for your button.
The code is missing something mine has (and my post ad button shows up on mobile)
