By the way, I went with Listify on Themeforest and bought all the woocommerce plugins through woogang at a huge discount. Everything is working for me now.

You can create a select box with custom forms with the cities you want but you cannot limit the users from using the address field, at least with the default theme

The name for this @import url("../vantage/blue.marin.css"); must be corrected, currently you don't have a blue.marin.css file.Also i'm not sure how you named your child folder.
