I just made some tests to find out why/when it's happening. The problem started after i updated Wordpress to version 4.3

I'll create a ticket to our devs to get this sorted.

I think i see this too in the case where the site owner has to moderate the claimed listings i asked the dev to shed some light

I read a similar post recently (can't find it now).

The response was that No, they can't upgrade to new plan.
The upgrade option only seems to allow for adding 'Featured' add-ons.
