Sorry, you cannot modify ClassiPress core fields so they're the same for every form.
You can change its name and tooltip but there's no way to assign different field names for every form.

Show us a live site so we can assist you better. Is it a child theme you built yourself or you bought it from a 3rd party developer in the Appthemes Marketplace?
